Security Operations Manager

Job Overview

This position involves leading and managing security operations to safeguard company assets, prevent crime, and ensure a safe and secure work environment within the assigned operational region. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in managing security systems effectively.
• Fundamental understanding of legal provisions including Indian Penal Code (IPC), Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), Arms Act, Labour Laws, and the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) related to security services.
• Basic knowledge of fire and disaster management principles.
• Awareness of technological integration in security operations.
• Understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) concepts pertinent to the security department.
• Insight into auditing procedures and fundamental financial management.
• A strong focus on customer service and orientation.
