Security Guard

Overview

Genuine Innovations Private Limited is hiring a Security Guard to maintain safety and security in their office premises located in Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit of employees and visitors, managing pickup and return of packages, and conducting frequent patrols to ensure the security of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an employee in/out register by accurately logging the exact times of employees' arrival, departure, late arrivals, and temporary movements during working hours.
• Verify identification of visitors, record their details in the visitor register, and issue visitor passes before granting access to the office.
• Manage package pickups and returns by receiving, verifying, and logging incoming and outgoing deliveries in the relevant registers, and coordinating with delivery agents.
• Conduct regular patrols of the office building, parking lots, and main gates to ensure all entry points are secured and locked.
• Monitor gate activities to maintain order and report any unauthorized access or suspicious behavior immediately to management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience as a security guard within an office, corporate, or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining clear, neat, and accurate entry and exit registers in either Hindi or English languages.
• Physical fitness, alertness, punctuality, and courteous behavior towards colleagues and visitors.
