Role Overview

We are searching for a Security Executive to join our team, entrusted with multiple critical responsibilities related to the safety and security of staff, guests, and property.

Primary Duties

• Ensure security standards for both guests and employees are maintained consistently.
• Uphold and enforce hotel rules and regulations diligently.
• Be well-versed in emergency protocols and effectively manage emergency situations as they arise.
• Ensure departmental adherence to Shangri-La Safety, Health, and Loss Control standards while promoting employee awareness of these policies.
• Protect hotel property and guest assets through proactive safety measures.
• Lead orientation and induction sessions for new employees focusing on security procedures.
• Develop an annual training plan and conduct job-specific technical training sessions.
• Evaluate training needs to enhance staff capabilities.
• Support disciplinary measures and participate actively in on-the-job trainings organized by the Director of Security.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience working in Security or a related field.
• Possession of a valid Security Officer (SO) license is mandatory.
