Security Delivery Lead (SOC)

Role Overview

This position is for a security delivery leader who will act as a subject matter expert and partner with multiple teams to guide important decisions, strengthen governance, and help shape security outcomes. The role focuses on advancing security strategy, introducing effective solutions, and keeping service delivery aligned with enterprise policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of managed security services spanning SOC and CTI.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary governance interface between client leadership and delivery teams.
• Run service review meetings, escalation handling, and governance discussions.
• Track service-level risks, issues, and overall performance, with a focus on governance rather than day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all activities remain aligned with policy requirements, control expectations, and regulatory standards.
• Promote continuous service improvement and maturity uplift initiatives.

Required Experience and Capabilities

• Background in governance for managed security services.
• Solid understanding of SOC and CTI operating models.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Strong awareness of risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience managing escalations and making sound decisions under pressure.
• Capability to challenge teams constructively while maintaining a non-micromanaging approach.
