Job Overview

This position supports the Group HR, Insurance & HSE Manager with day-to-day administrative and secretarial work. The role centers on handling communication, organizing routine office tasks, and ensuring prompt coordination with both internal teams and outside contacts. Strong English communication, a professional manner, and solid organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Group HR, Insurance & HSE Manager with clerical and secretarial tasks.
  • Write, edit, and manage formal email communication in English.
  • Create letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and other office documents.
  • Track pending tasks with internal teams and external parties to keep work moving on time.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and help maintain the manager’s calendar.
  • Handle other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a similar discipline is required.
  • Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
  • Strong spoken and written English is necessary.
  • Good business writing ability and professional email etiquette are expected.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are important.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills are needed.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • The candidate should be able to work on their own, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
