You should know how to use hand tools and power tools, and you should have practical experience repairing mechanical equipment, especially in automotive or electronic repair environments. Comfortable smartphone use and good local language skills are important. English ability and a forklift licence are considered useful advantages.
Additional note
Previous experience is helpful, but the company values drive, intelligence, and integrity most. Candidates who do not meet every requirement are still encouraged to apply.
