This part-time role (0.30 Full-Time Equivalent) requires a commitment of 22.5 hours per fortnight and involves on-site presence to support the school's technical environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Advise and assist in optimizing ICT operations within the school, including tasks related to the procurement, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment.
- Support the school community by providing technical guidance, instructions, and hands-on assistance with electronic equipment following departmental and manufacturer guidelines as well as network standards.
- Help conduct in-service staff training sessions to enhance the effective use of ICT tools in delivering educational outcomes.
- Deliver prompt and effective support to staff and students to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to school computing facilities, ensuring excellent communication and a strong customer service approach.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance along with routine and emergency repairs for all ICT infrastructure and associated electronic devices.
- Maintain accurate records and manage a suite of technical services concerning ICT infrastructure used by the school.
- Engage and communicate with regional and central support teams on technical matters and provide specialized advice when necessary.
