Primary Duties

• Deliver instruction in various subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Kannada, tailored to candidate qualifications.
• Design and execute engaging, activity-driven lessons to foster learning.
• Establish and maintain classroom discipline while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
• Evaluate student performance regularly through assessments including tests and assignments.
• Prepare educational materials like lesson plans, worksheets, and exams to support teaching objectives.
• Track each student's academic achievements and provide targeted support when needed.
• Maintain open communication lines with parents concerning their child's progress.
• Keep accurate school documentation such as attendance records and report cards.
• Take part in school functions, assemblies, staff meetings, and training workshops.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to contribute to the institution's growth and development.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
• B.Ed. certification preferred and required where applicable.
• Strong mastery of relevant subjects along with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to instruct multiple subjects effectively.
• Competence in classroom management.
• Fluent English communication; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching platforms.
