Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader passionate about Montessori education. The ideal candidate will possess the ability and dedication necessary to boost enrollment, attract and retain exceptional faculty, foster a robust community of parents and staff, and uphold superior educational standards in every classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing a strategic plan for campus development
• Establishing a culture that aligns strongly with our organizational mission
• Cultivating a vibrant community with staff, families, and students
• Ensuring delivery of a superior educational experience
• Managing campus budget and achieving financial sustainability goals
• Collaborating with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment objectives
• Recruiting, supporting, nurturing, and managing the teaching staff

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes

• Director qualification certificate
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and outcome focus
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to foster a warm, compassionate team environment
• Decisive leadership, capable of making informed choices under uncertainty
• Deep commitment to the Montessori educational methodology
• Preferable: teaching background in early childhood settings
• Preferable: prior roles in admissions, administration, programming, or school leadership within preschools
• Preferable: familiarity with Montessori principles or accredited Montessori certification
