School Lead

About the Role

Noon is seeking a School Lead to strengthen school operations, improve learning outcomes, and coordinate field teams across its partner schools in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Track school-level indicators such as attendance, assignment completion, and exam preparedness.
• Coach supervisors with regular feedback, support, and performance oversight to help them grow in their roles.
• Develop productive working relationships with school leaders and other important stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong student experience by carrying out classroom visits and staying actively engaged with school activities.
• Take charge of school events, parent council engagement, and other operational projects.
• Spot issues early, put practical solutions in place, and keep improving processes over time.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or another closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in educational leadership, such as Vice Principal, Assistant Principal, Academic Supervisor, School Leader, or a comparable position.
• Well-developed skills in leadership, communication, and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to review performance data and convert findings into actionable plans.
• Hands-on experience working with students, teachers, and school leadership teams.
