Role Overview

As a Scheduler at DEAXO GmbH, you will take charge of the comprehensive project planning process, which includes scheduling, managing deadlines, and supporting the project management team throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, continuously optimizing for time efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide expert advice and support to project managers and technical staff related to scheduling and project timelines.
• Design, implement, and refine schedule management systems for efficient monitoring and timely interventions to address delays.
• Prepare detailed project progress reports and deliver presentations aligned with project requirements.

Candidacy Requirements

• Possess a master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical building equipment, or a relevant comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in project planning.
• Strong understanding of commercial and economic factors impacting projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to assert oneself in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in business English is necessary; knowledge of German is considered a strong advantage.
