Role Overview
Join Infosys as a SAP SD Technical Consultant based in Bengaluru, contributing to digital transformation initiatives for global clients. As a key team member, you will ensure superior client satisfaction through quality assurance, issue resolution, and delivering optimized technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface closely with clients to manage quality assurance and address issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze requirements, perform design reviews, validate system architecture, and ensure the delivery of top-tier services.
- Engage in project estimation, contribute to solution planning, oversee technical risk management, and review code and unit test plans.
- Lead and mentor development teams to produce high-quality, optimized code adhering to enterprise standards and processes.
