Role Overview
Become an essential part of the PwC India team to analyze, enhance, and implement SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions. Engage in technical configuration and collaborate closely with clients and cross-departmental teams to streamline production and quality processes within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and improve processes related to production planning and quality management.
- Configure and deploy SAP PP and QM modules as per business needs.
- Collaborate extensively with clients to capture their specific requirements.
- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to end-users.
- Diagnose and address issues arising within SAP PPQM components.
- Work alongside various teams to guarantee smooth integration with other SAP systems.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation outlining system workflows and configurations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- A professional background of 4 to 6 years in SAP PP and QM modules.
- Profound understanding of SAP’s production planning and quality management domains.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that support effective collaboration.
- Capability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams.
- Certification in SAP PP and/or QM is advantageous.
