Role Overview
This opening is for an SAP EWM professional with 5 to 10 years of total experience, including 4 to 5 years specifically in EWM. The position is based in Hyderabad and is for an in-person walk-in interview at the Hyderabad TCS campus, Deccan Park, on 11 July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support activities, ticket handling, change requests, and development-related work within SAP EWM.
- Carry out EWM configuration and work across end-to-end process flows such as inbound, outbound, shipments, internal processes, PI, REPL, and IDocs.
- Work on integration points between EWM and other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
- Understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and reflect them accurately in EWM.
- Support integrations with external or sub-systems such as MuleSoft, BTP, and PI.
- Prepare functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Interact with clients and address queries with clear communication.
- Contribute to implementation work in EWM, where applicable.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of overall experience, with 4 to 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM exposure.
- Practical knowledge of support operations, incident/ticket resolution, change request handling, configuration, and development tasks.
- Strong understanding of EWM process flows and configuration.
- Experience integrating EWM with SAP MM and SD.
- Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into system specifications.
- Experience working with sub-system integrations such as MuleSoft, BTP, and PI.
- Capability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage customer conversations.
- Preferred knowledge in business analysis, testing, architecture, technical solution design, vendor management, and S/4HANA warehouse management processes.
- Exposure to 3PL application integration is an added advantage.
