Role overview
Larsen & Toubro is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist for its Hyderabad location. The role calls for someone with 3 to 5 years of end-to-end implementation and support experience, along with the ability to diagnose issues and suggest practical solutions when business needs do not align with standard system behavior.
Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate the deliverables for the functional team so engagement goals are met on time.
- Work directly in the solution as a hands-on subject matter expert and prepare or review project documentation and deliverables.
- Apply proven implementation practices drawn from prior project experience and expert guidance.
- Assess the impact of quarterly releases and support necessary changes.
- Develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, business teams, SMEs, and relevant professional networks.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should have 3 to 5 years of implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, together with certification in the module. A strong command of EC configuration is expected, including Time Management, Position Management, MDF objects, rules, and workflows. The role also requires solid knowledge of HR and talent-related processes, as well as hands-on exposure to data migration and data management in SuccessFactors.
Additional requirements
The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent documentation skills, and the capability to work effectively in a global environment. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors is also important. The position requires someone who can resolve conflicts between business requirements and the standard functionality of the system through thoughtful troubleshooting and alternatives-based problem solving.
