SAP Basis Consultant

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services, a leading IT services and consulting firm with over five decades of experience, is seeking an SAP Basis Consultant for its Bengaluru location. The role requires a deep technical understanding of SAP Basis administration, coupled with expertise in cloud environments and SAP solution management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SAP technical administration tasks with a minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP BASIS.
• Handle SAP solution administration, monitoring, and operations, preferably within multi-cloud environments.
• Apply best practices in SAP application, technology, and NetWeaver solutions.
• Perform SYSTEM installations, client administration, system refreshes/copies, and application updates/upgrades.
• Participate in cloud infrastructure management, system administration, and technical consulting roles in SAP cloud implementation and migration projects.
• Design and implement integrated end-to-end lifecycle management procedures.
• Leverage knowledge of operating systems, databases, and cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for enhanced system operations.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in addressing technical challenges.
• Work collaboratively with international teams and remain up to date with the latest technologies and tools.
