Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sanitation Worker position based in Valdosta, GA, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts. The job centers on keeping production and work areas clean, supporting food safety standards, and making sure sanitation tasks are carried out according to internal procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
- Keep work areas neat, clean, and orderly throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and operational spaces.
- Follow company sanitation procedures and food safety rules at all times.
- Support compliance with both company policies and applicable regulations.
- Help with the correct sorting and removal of waste materials.
- Track, handle, and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Work closely with coworkers and supervisors to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Carry out sanitation-related tasks with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Applicants should understand sanitation and food safety practices, ideally have experience in the food and beverage sector, and be comfortable working in physically demanding conditions. Strong communication skills are important for coordinating with team members and supervisors. Prior experience training others on sanitation or safety procedures is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and experience in a similar role is helpful but not required.
