About the Job

Our well-established client operating in the high-tech sector in the Aalen/Oberkochen area is offering a unique opportunity for a position on employee leasing terms, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth, efficient, and punctual surface treatment processes while maintaining transparent and cost-effective operations.
• Performing surface treatment tasks involving coarse and fine sandblasting.
• Operating the sandblasting equipment.
• Conducting cleaning processes including manual hand cleaning and use of washing machines.
• Handling operation of the washing machine.
• Guaranteeing availability of auxiliary and operating materials through proper ordering procedures.
• Creating maintenance work orders as required.
• Documenting and recording process data in the designated IT system.
• Adhering strictly to safety regulations.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal departments and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably prior experience in surface treatment.
• Physical resilience to handle load-bearing tasks and work while wearing protective gear.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Competency in MS Office applications.
