Daily Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and solution design sessions to develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions spanning multiple clouds.
• Define solution architectures, business processes, and implementation strategies adhering to best practices.
• Present comprehensive solution designs, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful deployment of designed solutions.
• Oversee and guide functional and delivery teams to deliver solutions that are performant, maintainable, and scalable.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting delivery and design.
• Contribute to solution governance, uphold quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement in engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce solution architecture, design, or senior functional roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across various clouds.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and crafting solution strategies.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and effectively translate business needs into clear solution designs.
• Strong understanding of the complete Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Commercial awareness and capability to align solutions with business value and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or equivalents are highly desirable.
• A collaborative approach, robust problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering client success.
