Role Overview

This position supports profitable sales growth by helping achieve sales targets while creating a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable, high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Help achieve sales results that are both profitable and aligned to budget expectations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support customers and respond to questions effectively.
  • Keep merchandise displays in line with visual presentation standards.
  • Manage store web orders by selecting stock, packing items, and arranging timely delivery.
