Job description
Role overview
ShiftCare is a rapidly growing SaaS company that helps home care and disability service providers handle scheduling, compliance, workforce coordination, and billing. The platform is trusted daily by more than 7,000 providers and 300,000 support workers.
The company is growing its US business and is looking for a Sales Team Lead in Canada. This is a practical, quota-carrying closing position where you will sell directly to customers while also helping improve the output of the wider team.
The opportunity is a strong match for a high-performing SaaS salesperson who is ready for a first or second move into leadership. It is not a desk-only management role; success here requires active selling, deal execution, and consistent personal performance.
Typical opportunities are in the $3K to $10K ARR range, with a fast-moving sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Win new business from home care and disability care providers.
- Create sales opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and incoming interest.
- Lead discovery conversations and product demos with owners and operational decision-makers.
- Own the full sales journey from initial contact to deal closure.
- Keep pipeline records, activity, and forecasts well maintained in HubSpot.
- Set the standard for the team through strong execution, steady activity, and reliable follow-through.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- A proven record of closing a high number of SaaS deals.
- Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading sales reps.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and current SaaS sales tools.
- Experience selling to home care, disability care, or related sectors is preferred.
Additional details
The position is based in Canada. Candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones are preferred, with British Columbia seen as the ideal location and Alberta also considered a strong fit.
This is a full-time onsite role.
