Role overview
This position is focused on keeping sales operations moving quickly and smoothly by handling quotation turnaround, preparing proposals, and coordinating product trials so that the sales director can stay focused on closing deals and driving revenue.
What success looks like
- Quotations are completed quickly, with 95% or more delivered within 4 hours, supported by a template library that covers at least 90% of needs and zero pricing mistakes.
- Proposal packs are strong, with more than 20 templates built from case studies, a director satisfaction score above 8/10, and no missed deadlines.
- Every trial is assigned a coordinator, completion reports are submitted within 48 hours, and trial logistics run without failures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations accurately and at high speed for B2B sales opportunities.
- Create polished PowerPoint-based proposals that can be produced in large volumes without compromising quality.
- Maintain and improve a reusable template library to support faster sales support delivery.
- Coordinate customer trials end to end, ensuring the right person is assigned, logistics are in place, and post-trial reporting is completed promptly.
- Support the sales director by taking ownership of time-sensitive sales enablement tasks and anticipating needs before they are requested.
- Work proactively to prepare reports before trials end and draft proposals in advance when possible.
- Maintain dependable performance by meeting deadlines, arriving on time, and sustaining consistent quality under pressure.
Required experience and capabilities
- Proven ability to build professional quotations and presentation decks at speed in a B2B sales environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support or coordination within a B2B company.
- Comfort using CRM systems and keeping sales information organized and up to date.
- Ability to deliver a 15-slide proposal in about 2 hours while handling multiple parallel requests.
- A service-first mindset that emphasizes helping the sales team succeed.
- Strong initiative, with the habit of acting ahead of deadlines rather than waiting for instructions.
- Consistent reliability in attendance, timeliness, delivery, and quality.
- Willingness to work the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Singapore time shift to support European hours.
Location
The role is based in Changi, East Region, Singapore, and the workplace will relocate to Punggol in early May 2026.
