Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor II will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving distribution of Almarai Bakery products within an assigned territory. This position requires close adherence to company procedures and a consistent focus on maintaining strong sales execution and merchandising standards. The role also involves guiding and leading a team of salesmen to ensure operational and commercial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of sales targets by improving sales and distribution of bakery products in the assigned area.
- Ensure all field activities follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and retail execution across the territory.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to perform effectively.
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations in a van sales environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of supervisory sales experience in a van sales setup, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, along with spoken Arabic.
- Valid driving license.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
- Solid understanding of FMCG sales operations.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team.
- Negotiation, time management, and motivational skills.
