Role Overview

The Senior Planning Officer is responsible for making sure the necessary resources are available and properly aligned to support transport and warehousing activities. The role involves planning and monitoring operations across SAP Maintenance, SAP Fiori, YMS, SAP TM, and TMS planning scheduler systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning within YMS, SAP TM, SAP Fiori, and TMS, including daily monitoring and updates for reefer plans.
  • Review warehouse movement activity each day and arrange any extra material transfer requirements.
  • Work closely with Production, Transport, and Yard teams to coordinate resources, including backload and de-stuffing plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with Inventory, Warehouse, Depot Logistics, and Supply Planning teams.

Requirements

  • A diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong command of English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar work setting.
  • Good analytical ability along with solid reporting skills.
