Role Overview
Das Holding LLC is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Supervisor to spearhead B2B sales growth for its retail division in Abu Dhabi. The role is centered on expanding corporate business, developing strong client partnerships, and driving consistent revenue across key sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and win high-value corporate accounts across priority UAE industries such as HORECA, hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, large catering firms, and worker camps.
- Create and implement B2B sales plans that strengthen the business pipeline and support steady expansion.
- Develop trusted relationships within the market to build durable supply partnerships.
- Oversee important business accounts and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Handle commercial discussions, including pricing terms, service level agreements, and supply contracts.
- Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives, with a focus on surpassing targets.
- Track market movements, customer needs, and sales results to uncover new growth avenues.
- Draft reliable sales forecasts and pipeline updates for senior leadership.
- Follow up on receivables on time and manage customer credit risk carefully.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to keep execution efficient and seamless.
- Share market intelligence and product-demand patterns to guide purchasing and inventory planning.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated background in corporate or B2B selling, preferably in retail, FMCG, food service, or wholesale.
- A well-established network in HORECA, healthcare, catering, or related sectors in the UAE.
- Strong capabilities in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
- Good understanding of sales forecasting, collections management, and account handling.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and push aggressive growth goals.
