Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Specialist will work to identify potential clients, reach out to prospects, and present Curve Global’s customized solutions in a persuasive and easy-to-understand way. The role includes managing the sales funnel, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and partnering with internal teams so that solutions match client requirements. The person in this role will also negotiate agreements, follow up on leads, keep accurate CRM records, track performance against sales goals, and collect market feedback to help strengthen offerings and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through proactive outreach.
  • Explain and position tailored business solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Prepare proposals, lead client meetings, and deliver product or solution demonstrations.
  • Work with internal teams to shape solutions based on client needs and feedback.
  • Negotiate contract terms and support successful closing of opportunities.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on prospects consistently and work toward sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collect market insights and client feedback to improve future offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in relationship-based selling, consultative sales, and needs assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, pipeline handling, and closing business, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and contribute ideas to solution development.
  • Professional, resilient, adaptable, and well organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Doha, Qatar, with awareness and respect for diverse cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical B2B sales/solution-selling experience.
  • Experience in consulting, technology, or business solutions sales is an added advantage, along with familiarity with CRM and basic productivity software.
