Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Belgrade is focused on end-to-end sales ownership. The person in this role will handle the complete sales process, starting from lead discovery and qualification through deal closure and ongoing account support. The job includes reaching out to potential clients by phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, as well as presenting offerings to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and keep in touch with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams, accurate CRM documentation, and sharing market feedback that can inform marketing and product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Background in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within a B2B setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-developed planning and time-management skills, including pipeline tracking and dependable forecasting.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and standard office software for activity tracking, proposal creation, and reporting.
  • A client-oriented approach with the ability to assess needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Willingness to work from the Belgrade office, travel locally for client meetings when needed, and function effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Serbian, spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though relevant practical experience may also be considered.

Additional Information

This role is based in Belgrade, Serbia and requires on-site attendance. Local travel to customer meetings may be part of the position.
