Role overview
Bizerba Canada is looking for a sales professional to help expand its labels and consumables business in the food labeling and packaging space. The position focuses on working with food manufacturers to provide labeling solutions that support safety requirements, regulatory compliance, and strong brand presentation. The successful candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto Area and will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth.
What you will do
- Identify sales opportunities, present suitable solutions, and grow revenue for labels and consumables.
- Handle the complete sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, and deal closure.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend customized solutions from Bizerba’s product range.
- Assist customers with file setup, proof review, and issue resolution to support smooth execution.
- Coordinate with customer service teams, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
- Keep up to date with product developments, competitor activity, and relevant market trends.
- Manage sales activity, pipeline information, and forecasting through CRM systems.
- Travel extensively within the region, with travel expected to be as high as 80%.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of territory sales experience and a track record of year-over-year revenue growth. Experience selling labels and consumables is strongly preferred. The role calls for someone who is comfortable presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and building long-term customer trust. Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms is expected, along with excellent organization, time management, communication, and self-direction.
