Role Overview

MediQo Health is seeking a Sales Representative to drive the adoption of its leading AI healthcare platform across Australia. This position involves direct engagement with general practices, specialist clinics, allied health providers, and healthcare organizations to demonstrate how AI solutions can streamline operations, enhance patient accessibility, and increase clinical capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Evaluate and respond to incoming sales queries, qualifying prospective clients effectively.
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Manage free trial periods and support customers during evaluation phases.
  • Prepare proposals and engage in commercial negotiations with enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
  • Coordinate handover processes with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives including webinars, conferences, and lead generation campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage individuals across diverse organizational levels, from practice managers to CEOs.
  • Highly inquisitive, capable of asking insightful questions to tailor solutions.
  • Adept at handling several sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a strong ambition to surpass targets.
  • Methodical and disciplined in maintaining CRM accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic about technological innovations and advancements in healthcare.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Skillful at translating complex technological offerings into clear business advantages.
  • Previous SaaS or software sales experience is highly advantageous.
  • Bonus qualifications include experience with medical or healthcare clients, existing networks in Australian healthcare, participation in startups or high-growth tech firms, and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot.
