Job description

The position offers an annual salary ranging from 80000 to 100000 New Zealand Dollars.

Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads to broaden the customer portfolio.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with both prospective and current clients.
Conduct regular client visits to assess their needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.
Prepare sales quotations, negotiate deals, and diligently follow up on inquiries.
Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and superior customer support.
Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and client feedback to uncover new business opportunities.
Meet personal sales targets and support the company’s overall expansion goals.
Compile sales reports and maintain up-to-date customer records as required.

Preferred education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Commerce, or related fields.
Prior experience in sales within the building materials, construction materials, interior materials sectors, or similar industries is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship management capabilities.
Demonstrates initiative, motivation, and goal-driven attitude.
Capable of independent work as well as collaborating within a team environment.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Possesses valid New Zealand work authorization.
