Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive operational excellence within our APAC sales division. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end sales operations that include forecasting, pipeline oversight, CRM governance, and cross-functional collaboration. If you excel at combining data, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced digital advertising environment, this senior individual contributor position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine sales operations processes across the APAC region, ensuring scalable and consistent methodologies among markets.
- Promote adoption and proficiency in core sales tools like Salesforce CRM and Weflow for regional teams.
- Collaborate with APAC leadership to facilitate sales management routines, business reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
- Create and deliver analytical reports for senior leadership covering key metrics such as delivery, attainment, growth, and account-level opportunities.
- Monitor weekly risk, opportunity, and account status updates for major customers throughout the region.
- Manage regional forecasting segmented by business units and markets, applying data analytics and AI-powered predictive models to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to implement and promote tool and process improvements that streamline the sales cycle and increase efficiency.
- Work with global sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and enablement for APAC market activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams and CRM administrators to guarantee accurate platform usage and timely reporting for business unit leaders.
- Maintain critical dashboards including Forecast & Pipeline views and Quarterly Business Reviews, providing operational insights and performance analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial roles within finance.
- Proven expertise in process analysis, CRM administration, data system management, and generating analytical reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data modelling and analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and sales enablement technologies.
- Foundational project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience in online advertising, ad tech, or digital media sectors is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and resourceful mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-evolving, matrixed environment.
