Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the sales and marketing departments
• Implement strategies to increase revenue
• Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans
• Build and strengthen brand identity
• Manage agencies handling social media, websites, and offline promotional materials
• Collaborate closely with executive management and operations managers

Candidate Requirements

• At least four years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing in the gastronomy sector
• High digital literacy
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and image editing software
• Strong commitment and proactive approach to work
• Goal-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
