Job overview
Baccarat is looking for a practical, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support commercial and marketing operations in Singapore. This position is well suited to an early-career professional who wants broad exposure to luxury retail, with day-to-day involvement in sales administration, client coordination, and marketing support.
Sales support
- Help the sales team manage order processing, invoicing, and follow-up on deliveries.
- Maintain, refresh, and review client and sales information, including KPI tracking through CRM, Excel, and internal platforms.
- Prepare sales performance reports and assist with inventory and product monitoring.
- Support customer queries and coordinate routine matters for B2B accounts.
- Assist with after-sales coordination.
- Put together sales collateral such as presentations, product details, and quotations.
- Organize and prepare ad hoc meetings.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and retail teams.
Marketing coordination
- Coordinate the rollout of marketing campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and events.
- Support the production and distribution of marketing assets.
- Prepare marketing and sales materials, including presentations, product sheets, and visuals.
- Assist with content coordination for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Track timelines and deliverables for shopping malls and partner requirements.
- Support event logistics, public relations activities, and KOL gifting.
- Compile reports for marketing activations and review KPI outcomes.
- Liaise with the regional marketing team.
Profile and skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or retail coordination.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Creative and capable of approaching tasks with fresh ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of premium or luxury service standards.
- Proactive, dependable, quick to learn, and comfortable working under pressure.
Language requirements
- English must be spoken and written fluently.
- Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
