Job Summary

The role focuses on accelerating business expansion by identifying and acquiring new logistics clients. The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales objectives and nurturing customer relationships across contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and freight management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and secure fresh business opportunities in contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and freight management to grow the customer base.
• Meet sales targets and boost revenue through acquiring and closing new customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Participate actively in corporate sales planning and strategy creation, aligning efforts with overall business goals.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals for customers to facilitate sales initiatives.
• Promptly address and follow up on customer inquiries and requests to guarantee service quality.
• Effectively communicate customer expectations to internal teams and vendors ensuring alignment.
• Provide timely and precise intelligence regarding industry trends and customer needs to support strategic business decisions.
• Keep track of customer payments and ensure adherence to credit terms to maintain steady cash flow.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in a hunter sales role within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• In-depth understanding of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to develop and sustain client relationships.
