The organization is at an early stage of a wider growth journey and is committed to creating meaningful impact through technology.
About the Role
This position is for a commercially minded Sales Manager based in Saudi Arabia who can support the company’s continued growth and sales expansion. The role is central to strengthening market presence, driving revenue, and developing durable customer relationships.
You will lead territory planning, pursue solution-led sales through direct customer engagement and channel partnerships, and help increase market share and profitability across the assigned region. The role offers a high level of ownership and the chance to influence commercial direction while contributing to the wider mission of scaling medical predictions and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales and business development cycle, from initial presentation through to contract closure.
- Estimate sales volumes and profit potential for existing and new offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with major customers, including negotiation and closure of significant contracts.
- Contribute strategic insight to support market navigation and regional planning.
- Create a regional market plan covering total addressable market and penetration opportunities for AI solutions.
- Work with product teams and product owners to share market feedback and commercial inputs.
- Build and maintain a measurable, qualified pipeline and consistently deliver against bookings targets in the assigned region.
- Meet customers regularly to present capabilities, gather feedback, and track progress toward objectives.
- Partner with regional leadership to set sales plans and monthly performance measures.
- Support the Regional Director in preparing documented regional sales and marketing strategy.
- Keep Salesforce Sales Cloud records accurate, including product details, pricing, status, and timelines, and keep opportunities current for forecasting against quarterly targets.
- Prepare activity updates and participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director as needed.
- Create sales proposals and customer quotations using the company’s approved processes.
- Coordinate with local teams on trade show messaging, attendance, and collection of industry and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has substantial experience selling into public-sector organizations, healthcare networks, and radiology services. A background in radiology, PACS, imaging analytics, and related clinical knowledge is important.
You should bring a solid understanding of procurement channels, strong experience running the complete business development and sales process, and the professionalism needed to work directly with customers and stakeholders. The role also requires ethical conduct in structured, regulated sales environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You must be fluent in business-level English, French, and Italian and be comfortable communicating in professional, commercial, and stakeholder-facing settings.
The position requires frequent regional travel, up to 50%, including rapid deployment to client locations or short-notice travel when needed.
