Role Description
The Sales Manager for Mortgage will focus on increasing the acquisition of target clientele within the mortgage and loan against property segments. This role involves driving new business through open market strategies and cultivating a robust network of direct sales agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead new business acquisition initiatives by leveraging open market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of at least 10 Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) who are actively engaged in discussing loan proposals.
- Effectively manage existing DSAs and actively recruit new DSAs to expand the agency network.
Skills and Experience
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
