Innovations Global is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Manager specialized in Freight Forwarding to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on expanding our business footprint and increasing revenues through Air, Sea, and Land freight services across the UAE market.

Key Duties

• Discover and cultivate fresh business prospects throughout the UAE
• Convert potential leads into long-standing clients
• Market and promote Air Freight, Sea Freight (Full Container Load/Less than Container Load), and Land Transportation offerings
• Manage existing client portfolios to foster growth
• Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
• Collaborate with operations and pricing departments to ensure flawless service delivery
• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 years and up to 8+ years of sales experience in Dubai's Freight Forwarding sector
• Well-established client connections within the UAE market are advantageous
• Documented success in achieving or outperforming sales targets
• Strong negotiation capabilities and excellent communication skills
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Availability for immediate joining is a plus
