About the Role
DEX is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager for the EMEA region to join a fast-growing commercial team. The role sits within a company recognized for innovative logistics and supply chain solutions as well as strong customer service. This opportunity is suited to someone who is highly motivated, commercially minded, and eager to make a measurable impact.
DEX has been delivering global supply chain solutions since 1980. The business manufactures, supplies, and repairs electronic parts and assemblies, with strong expertise in supporting customers during manufacturing shortages, when items are difficult to source, or when only small quantities are available. Alongside hard-to-find parts, the company also sources, manufactures, and repairs a wide variety of components across several industries.
Work Location and Training
This is a full-time role. Initial training will take place in Camarillo, United States. After training is completed, the position will be fully onsite in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
Compensation
The package includes a guaranteed base salary plus commission, with no cap on earnings.
Expected base draw is $50,000-$100,000+ plus commission and bonus, with on-target total compensation of $250,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a large volume of outbound calls to identify and approach potential customers in technology-related sectors.
- Engage buyers and procurement teams to find the right decision-makers for parts supply and repair needs.
- Advise prospects on their requirements and recommend practical, cost-effective, and time-saving solutions.
- Manage leads and the sales funnel using phone, email, Teams, and CRM tools until deals are successfully closed.
- Visit customer sites and industry events when required to build new relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Develop and own your own account base, managing ongoing orders and client relationships.
- Contribute to team growth by helping increase revenue and supporting newer sales colleagues through mentoring.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is positive, driven, self-directed, and resourceful, with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. You should be comfortable working independently and have the confidence to win and grow business in a competitive environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, either inside or outside sales.
- Proven ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing business deals.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working with businesses that generate annual revenue between $100M and over $1B.
- Strong presentation and business communication abilities.
- Background in hard-to-find parts or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to travel freely across the EMEA region.
