Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Sales Managers to expand our life insurance business across various distribution channels such as Direct Sales, Agency Channel, Credit Life, and Indirect Sales. The aim is to attract customers, manage partners, convert sales, retain renewals, and meet business objectives while upholding excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and increase life insurance sales within designated regions and channels.
• Identify potential customers through direct field sales, referrals, and lead generation efforts.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet business goals.
• Engage clients in meetings to assess their needs and propose appropriate insurance plans.
• Ensure prompt completion of sales processes and timely issuance of policies.
