Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives. This role involves cultivating robust relationships with clients and partners, ultimately driving significant revenue growth within the smart home and automation market.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company growth objectives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects across the residential, commercial, and hospitality industries.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead generation through to successful contract finalization.
- Develop accurate sales projections, comprehensive reports, and insightful market analyses.
- Coordinate closely with technical and project management teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SyncN at client meetings, industry trade shows, and other relevant events.
- As the company expands, take responsibility for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales management, with a preference for backgrounds in smart home technology, IoT, ELV systems, automation, security solutions, or similar tech-driven fields.
- Maintain a strong professional network within the construction, real estate, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrate exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and persuasive presentation.
- Exhibit a proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Maintain fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant asset.
- Hold a valid driver's license and be prepared to travel as necessitated by business demands.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with smart home systems.
- Experience with home automation technologies.
- Knowledge of IoT platforms.
- Understanding of access control systems.
- Expertise in security and surveillance solutions.
- Experience with hospitality technology solutions.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
