The organization is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to oversee regional sales activities. This position suits a commercially driven leader who can build effective teams, accelerate revenue, and expand valuable client relationships in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide solution-led selling and account management across assigned markets.
- Create, implement, and take ownership of yearly sales plans that support revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop and expand profitable client portfolios aligned with business strategy.
- Maintain reliable CRM-based forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
- Track sales results, improve conversion, and consistently push revenue performance upward.
- Hire, develop, inspire, and coach sales team members so they can meet and outperform targets.
- Represent the business at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
- Strengthen client partnerships to improve retention and customer lifetime value.
- Review sales efficiency, operating costs, and outcomes to identify and implement improvements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings senior-level sales experience from the Forex, CFD, or broader financial services sector, along with the ability to lead teams and drive commercial outcomes. You should be confident in negotiations, client communication, and relationship management, while also being capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Experience with CRM tools, forecasting, and sales analytics is important, as is the ability to perform in a fast-moving, target-focused setting. The role may require travel for client meetings and sales events.
