Role overview
Christian Dior Couture is looking for enthusiastic people to join its London Selfridges concession. The role offers a chance to represent a luxury house, learn from experienced retail professionals, and build a strong foundation in premium customer service and sales.
The internship runs for 6 months and includes coaching, product training, and hands-on experience in a luxury retail setting.
Working pattern and eligibility
Candidates need to be available for full-time work of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work any day from Monday through Sunday. Applicants must also have the legal right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships so each customer receives a polished, reliable, and consistent service.
- Show genuine enthusiasm for luxury fashion and an active interest in the retail and fashion sectors.
- Work with a strong sense of purpose, maintain high standards, and help achieve both personal and team targets.
- Use solid organisational ability to assist with the department’s day-to-day operational tasks.
- Help uphold Dior’s visual merchandising standards, store presentation, housekeeping, and overall brand image within the department.
Candidate profile
We are seeking someone who wants to build a career in luxury retail, is genuinely interested in Christian Dior and its collections, and communicates well. The right person will work well in a team, manage time effectively, and be committed, adaptable, and eager to learn.
