Primary Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding experiences to prospects, members, and guests, utilizing every interaction as an opportunity for sales and retention.
- Actively drive sales of memberships, renewals, upgrades, and secondary purchases including food, beverages, retail, and fitness products.
- Convert inquiries into memberships with confident objection handling, tailored selling, and effective follow-up.
- Enhance member retention by building meaningful relationships, identifying members at risk of leaving, and recommending relevant products and services to improve their gym experience and results.
- Conduct customized gym tours aligned with individuals' goals, upselling services that fit their needs.
- Consistently meet and surpass individual and club key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform key holder duties when required, ensuring seamless opening, closing, and shift coverage.
- Learn and proficiently use the membership software and other systems, with training provided.
- Represent the brand as a trusted ambassador, promoting and participating in initiatives like Fitness Challenges, Class concepts, and Workout Wednesday to boost engagement.
- Contribute to maintaining operational excellence by upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and gym floor presentation standards.
- Assist the Head Coach with gym resets and other fitness-related tasks as needed on and off the gym floor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
- Address member inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
