Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly revenue goals and keep the sales funnel consistently growing.
- Create, improve, and simplify sales workflows and CRM practices.
- Oversee lead generation through cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships.
- Lead the sales function, including Business Development Executives and Account Managers.
- Review pipelines, track progress, and monitor performance regularly.
- Strengthen proposal quality, conversion performance, and average deal value.
- Ensure sales promises can be delivered by the operations and execution teams.
- Track client retention, upsell opportunities, and recurring revenue growth.
- Prepare sales updates, forecasts, and market intelligence for leadership.
- Develop repeatable systems that reduce dependence on the founders for daily sales activity.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Background in digital marketing, IT services, or web development sales is preferred.
- Experience managing B2B clients or international accounts.
- Understanding of agency-style sales, lead generation, and acquisition processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client handling abilities.
- Comfort working from the Jaipur office.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, website development, and broader digital marketing services.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, proposals, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems is an advantage.
