Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive position is based in Dubai. The role centers on creating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing current accounts, and driving the sales of Lubrimax products and services across the assigned territory.
Key Duties
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities while expanding business within existing accounts.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Meet clients, deliver product presentations, and explain offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and support pricing and contract negotiations in line with company rules.
- Track market activity and competitor movements to support sales strategy.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate order handling, delivery, and related follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and assist with marketing activities.
- Represent the company during industry events and customer visits.
Required Qualifications
- Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in lubricants, industrial goods, or a similar sector.
- Strong ability in lead generation, prospecting, and managing customer relationships.
- Capability to present products effectively, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Good understanding of sales performance measures, pipeline tracking, and basic commercial math.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with varied stakeholders.
- Comfort using MS Office and CRM systems for activity tracking and customer management.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be eligible to work in Dubai and willing to travel locally for client meetings when needed.

This position is based in Dubai and requires on-site attendance. The job involves local travel for customer visits as part of regular responsibilities.
