The organization has been operating in distribution for more than five decades and is backed by 400+ channel partners along with 10 regional offices across India. It serves over 10,000 customers with a product range that includes Onix Adhesive Vinyls, Onix PVC Sheets, Astari Acrylic Plastic Sheets, Orro Flex, banner materials, and other substrates widely used in the indoor and outdoor signage sector. The team consists of 110 members and is focused on strengthening customer trust through every transaction while maintaining the company’s integrity.

Role Overview

This position is for a Business Development Executive focused on expanding the customer base, evaluating the growth potential of current accounts, and identifying new markets. The role is centered on generating revenue, handling customer concerns, and contributing to the company’s market reputation. The job also supports the refinement of sales and pricing decisions through field feedback and market insights.

Candidate Profile

  • The applicant should be a graduate.
  • Age should be up to 35 years.
  • A background of 2 to 4 years in business development is required.
  • Experience in the modular, furniture, or plywood industry is preferred.
  • Strong fluency in both Hindi and English is necessary.
  • Working hours are 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • The selected person will report to the BDM/TSM.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets consistently.
  • Conduct business with fairness and uphold the organization’s standards and values.
  • Build strong relationships with current customers and develop new client connections.
  • Plan calls and site visits, maintain a visit calendar, and submit timely reports.
  • Coordinate effectively with the logistics team to support smooth operations.
  • Keep database records and reporting updated on a regular basis.
  • Track market movements and monitor competitor activity and pricing approaches.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure proper resolution.

Additional Information

The role is based in Mumbai, India. The job is a full-time position. The compensation range is INR 4,50,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
