About the role
Vaidya Herbals is looking for energetic and motivated fresh candidates to join as Sales Executives. The ideal candidates should have enthusiasm for sales, excellent communication capabilities, and a strong drive to expand sales of herbal products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell herbal products to registered customers primarily via telephone calls.
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to uncover potential new sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals set by the company.
- Offer product knowledge and provide after-sales assistance to customers.
Compensation and Working Conditions
The offered monthly salary ranges between INR 12,000 to 20,000, complemented by an average monthly incentive of INR 4,000 to 5,000.
Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with four rotating off days throughout the month.
