About the Role
This opportunity is with a respected business that focuses on the sale and distribution of paper grades used for graphics and packaging across the Middle East, Asia, and Northern Africa. The company partners with major paper mills in Asia, Europe, and South America to deliver dependable service and customer support.
The role is for a Sales Executive focused on paper and board products in the UAE, and it involves international travel. The ideal candidate is motivated, commercially aware, and able to help expand the company’s customer base while strengthening existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain productive relationships with both current clients and new prospects.
- Discover fresh business prospects and create sales leads in the assigned markets.
- Market and sell the company’s paper and board product range to customers.
- Hold meetings with clients, deliver presentations, and explain products clearly.
- Work out commercial terms and complete sales negotiations through to closure.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and share market updates and intelligence.
- Keep an eye on market movements, competitor actions, and customer needs.
- Liaise with internal departments to support smooth order handling and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the business at trade events, exhibitions, and meetings with industry contacts.
- Travel overseas as needed to visit customers and explore new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B sales.
- Native-level Arabic and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, presentations, and relationship management.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to uncover and develop new business.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
- Ready and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field is preferred.
