Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation for the company through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop compelling client proposals and presentations.
  • Strategize weekly sales cycles by actively mining allocated accounts through client meetings.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports, including daily call logs, weekly summaries, sales projections, and monthly plans.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and agencies within your portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct frequent competitor tracking and analysis.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client brand spending to formulate effective Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Propose innovative solutions for clients by upselling and cross-selling various media properties.
  • Utilize media tracking to identify and pursue new business prospects.
  • Liaise with the programming team to provide written briefs for spot/commercials based on client/agency input.
  • Oversee the generation of ROs and TOs and ensure accurate scheduling of spots via the sales coordinator and scheduler.
  • Adhere to stipulated pricing targets for all sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring core brand creative concepts to life through multimedia campaigns, including on-ground, digital, content, media, and PR initiatives.
  • Manage the payment collection process, including sending timely reminders to clients and agencies.

Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Content, Finance, Scheduling, and Corporate Office teams.

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Possess 0-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing across any industry.

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Showcase adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on branding.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
