Role Summary
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hospitality brand inspired by Thai heritage and a spirit of warm, genuine service. This role is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, an overwater luxury property set within a protected eco-sanctuary in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Ras Al Khaimah offers a quieter pace than Dubai, while still being about 45 minutes away. The region is known for beaches, desert landscapes, mountains, sailing experiences, dunes, and Jebel Jais, making it an attractive destination for leisure and adventure.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will take part in sales initiatives across multiple market segments with the goal of surpassing hotel revenue goals and business targets. The role focuses on building brand visibility, bringing in new business, and growing revenue for the property.
You will also develop and maintain strong business relationships across local, domestic, and international markets, keep track of competitor movements and market trends, attend travel events and sales roadshows, and arrange sales trips that help promote the hotel.
Training will be provided to help you grow into a confident sales professional who can deliver strong results. You will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and receive guidance and coaching to support your performance.
Requirements
The role calls for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related discipline, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel.
